Refund and cancellation policy

Free trial

You can set up your store during the free trial. You are not charged for the trial period.

Cancelling your plan

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that.

Refunds

Plan fees already paid are not refunded for partly used periods, except where we charged you in error or the law requires a refund.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days and we will look into it.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails we retry automatically. Stores may be paused while payment is outstanding and come back once payment succeeds.

Orders in your store

Refunds and cancellations of orders placed by shoppers in your store are handled by you, through your own payment provider, under your store's own refund policy.
