Terms of service

These terms govern this website and the GoSell build and deployment service provided by AWP Solutions Private Limited, 1st Floor, 94/33, 7-367, United Shopping Complex, Dr Nanjappa Road, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore - 641018 ("we", "us"). A signed proposal or written scope agreed with you takes precedence over anything here that conflicts with it.

1. This website

The pages here describe our service. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a guarantee of a particular result for your business. Prices and inclusions shown are indicative of a standard build and are confirmed in writing before any work starts.

2. What we deliver

For the agreed one-time fee (₹30,000 for a standard build) we deliver the GoSell platform installed and configured on hosting you provide and control, your branding applied, your domain live with SSL, your Razorpay, Shiprocket and WhatsApp accounts connected using credentials you supply, one training session, thirty days of post-launch support, and handover of the source code, database and admin credentials.

The build includes a bulk product importer that accepts a spreadsheet in our template. Preparing that spreadsheet and loading your catalog is your responsibility, not part of the build. Transferring order history, customer records or other historical data from another platform is outside our scope. Custom feature development, design work, photography, copywriting and ongoing marketing are also not included, and are quoted separately if you want them.

3. What you provide

To deliver on time we need, from you and in good time: a hosting account and domain, your branding assets, and your own accounts and API credentials for the payment, shipping and messaging services you want connected. Delay in providing these moves the delivery date by at least the length of the delay.

You confirm that you are entitled to sell what you intend to sell, and that the content and products you put on the store are lawful and yours to use. We are not responsible for what you publish or sell through your store.

4. Fees and payment

Unless agreed otherwise, half the fee is payable at kickoff and half at handover. Invoices include GST where applicable. There is no subscription, licence renewal or revenue share. Work may pause on overdue invoices.

Amounts payable to third parties — your hosting provider, domain registrar, Razorpay, Shiprocket, Meta, and any other service you connect — are yours, billed by them to you directly. We never take a share of your sales.

5. Ownership

On full payment, you receive the delivered source code, the database and all credentials, with the right to use, modify and host it for your own business without further payment to us. We retain ownership of the underlying platform and of any generic components, tools and know-how we reuse across projects, and remain free to build similar systems for others. You own your own content, branding and business data outright.

6. Support and the 30-day period

For thirty days after your store goes live we will fix defects in what we built, at no charge. That period covers defects, not new features, content changes, or problems caused by your hosting provider, a third-party service, or changes made by you or another developer. After it ends we can be engaged per task; there is no obligation on either side to continue.

7. Hosting, backups and security

Your store runs on infrastructure in your name, which you control. Uptime, backups, operating-system patching and server security are therefore your responsibility or that of whoever you appoint. We configure sensible defaults and show you how they work at handover, but we do not operate your server and cannot guarantee its availability.

8. Warranties and limits

We will carry out the work with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, the software is provided without any other warranty, express or implied, including any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a purpose we were not told about.

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost sales, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability arising out of the work is limited to the fees you have actually paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel before kickoff for a full refund of anything paid. After kickoff, the kickoff payment covers work already carried out and is not refundable, but you owe nothing further and we will hand over whatever has been completed to that point.

10. Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to carry out the work. We will not name you as a client publicly without your permission.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future engagements. The version in force when your scope was agreed governs your project.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We would both rather pick up the phone first.
