Privacy policy

This policy covers the GoSell marketing website — the pages you are reading now. It is operated by AWP Solutions Private Limited, 1st Floor, 94/33, 7-367, United Shopping Complex, Dr Nanjappa Road, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore - 641018. It does not cover stores built with the GoSell platform; those are operated by the brands that own them, under their own policies.

What we collect

What you type into our form. Your name and WhatsApp number, and — if you choose to give them — your email address, business name, product category, monthly order range and any message you write. Name and number are required because they are how we call you back; everything else is optional.

How you arrived. Campaign parameters in the link you clicked (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), advertising click identifiers (fbclid, gclid), the referring website, and the first page you landed on. This is stored in your browser and attached to your enquiry if you submit one, so we can tell which campaigns actually work.

Technical information. Your IP address and browser user-agent string, recorded with a submitted enquiry. We use these to stop automated spam and to comply with our legal obligations.

We do not ask for, want, or knowingly store payment card details, government identity numbers, or any special category of personal data on this website.

Why we use it

• To contact you about the demo or enquiry you asked for. This is the only reason we need your phone number.
• To understand our advertising — which campaigns produce genuine enquiries, so we stop paying for the ones that don't.
• To prevent abuse — rate limiting and spam filtering on the form.
• To meet legal requirements, where we are obliged to retain records.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your phone number or email with other advertisers, data brokers or list vendors.

Cookies and tracking

This site currently runs no third-party advertising or analytics trackers. We store your campaign attribution in your own browser's local storage only, and read it back only if you submit the enquiry form.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about a project, and for up to twenty-four months afterwards so we can pick up a conversation you restart. After that, or on your request, we delete them. Records we are legally required to retain, such as tax records for work actually carried out, are kept for the period the law requires.

Who else sees it

Only people who need to: the person who calls you back, our email provider, and the hosting provider that runs this site. The advertising platforms named above receive event data as described. We do not transfer your enquiry to anyone else.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you, and we will — one message is enough, and we won't ask you to justify it. Write to connect@awp.dev and we will act within thirty days.

Security

Enquiries are stored in a database that is not publicly reachable, on infrastructure we control, and the site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not keep anything on this site whose loss would put you at financial risk.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
